LONDON POLY EVENT HELD AT BIFEST!

When starting advertising for next upcoming Poly Event Sat 14 May I was offered by Kate (known as Katyha on LiveJournal) to hold our meeting in conjunction with BiFest.
Not the one to turn a good opportunity down I quickly agreeded :-)
Thought it would be great news for people to be able to attend both events under same roof
;-)

We have been offered the library/games room, which holds about 20-25 people. From 6.30-7.30pm it would be the official London Poly Event room, so we can meet up there.
After that the room have to revert to being a games room as well - giving us the option to either spread out and mingle with all the others or grab a table somewhere to continue our chat. Afterall, there are four rooms at BiFest, plus a roof terrace, so there should be plenty of room for everyone.

So the new time and date for the Poly Event would be:
Saturday 14 May 6.30 - 7.30pm at Library/Games Room at LARC
62 Fieldgate Street, Whitechapel, London E1 1ES

Please note that BiFest opens from 1pm and will be holding various disscussion sessions as well as a party in the evening. One workshop worth mentioning will be covering poly and goth as Subcultures.

4.30pm in the Basement at LARC

The venue is non smoking (except for the roof terrace) and has got wheelchair access. Recommended donation £5 or £10.
